Supporting Data and Code for: "In Situ Dynamic Ptychographic X-ray Nanotomography of Temperature-Controlled Crystallization Processes" by Zhao Jiang, Zirui Gao, Christian Appel, Maxime Durelle, Thomas Turner, Andreas Menzel, Alexander Kulak, Yi-Yeoun Kim, Manuel Guizar-Sicairos, Mirko Holler, Fiona Meldrum, and Johannes Ihli. (https://doi.org/10.1038/s41467-026-73738-1) This repository contains the aligned and reconstructed ptychographic projections, along with the custom iterative dynamic tomography code used in the study. The reconstruction workflow builds on the cSAXS base package provided by the Paul Scherrer Institute (available at: https://www.psi.ch/en/sls/csaxs/software), which is required to run the reconstruction scripts. These resources support the findings reported in the above-mentioned publication and are provided to enable reproducibility and further exploration of time- and temperature-resolved nanoscale tomography in functional material systems.
