Brook trout (Salvelinus fontinalis) environmental DNA detections from Haliburton County, Ontario

Raw environmental DNA (eDNA) data from Haliburton County, ON analyzed to determine species positive, negative, and non-detections. File uses the limit of detection (LOD) calculated with cited R code to determine detection quantity thresholds for positive detections. Laboratory analysis standards are also included for quality assurance purposes.
