Short-term counting (KaPo)

This dataset results from the data from the speed monitoring of the Basel-Stadt Cantonal Police. Speed monitoring includes short-term counting with a counting duration of 10-14 days. It is calculated for each measurement and direction (a measuring instrument in one location measures in two directions) the average daily traffic. The count values are not extrapolated to annual values.
