资源简介:
Acacia raddiana seed oil was extracted using a Twisselmann apparatus with petroleum ether as the extraction solvent. The oil samples were subsequently analyzed for their fatty acid, triacylglycerol (TAG), tocochromanol, and phytosterol composition using gas chromatography (GC-FID) and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC-FLD). The objective of this study was to provide preliminary insights into the chemical composition of Moroccan Acacia raddiana seed oil, which, to the best of our knowledge, has not been previously investigated. The four analyzed samples were characterized by a predominance of linoleic acid (43.07–52.75%), followed by oleic acid (23.30–28.37%), palmitic acid (11.95–14.78%), and stearic acid (3.62–6.44%). Additional fatty acids were also identified and quantified. These major fatty acids constituted the principal acyl moieties of the identified triacylglycerols, with PLL (13.85–18.81%), LLO (14.83–17.80%), and LLL (10.93–16.84%) being the dominant TAG species. The total tocochromanol content ranged from 1,766 to 2,982 mg/kg oil, with α-tocopherol and γ tocopherol as the predominant isomers. Regarding phytosterols, the total content ranged from 15,652 to 18,645 mg/kg oil, with β-sitosterol identified as the main phytosterol. The data presented expand the current knowledge of the composition of Moroccan Acacia raddiana seed oil and provide a foundation for future studies and further interpretation.
