Seamount detection in the South China Sea based on full tensor gravity gradient data

This file contains the seamount detection code, detection results, and threshold sensitivity analysis. seamount_detection.py identifies seamounts from full tensor gravity gradient (FTG) data and performs morphometric inversion of summit depth, height, basal area, and axis ratios. threshold_sensitivity_analysis.py uses simulated seamounts to quantify the sensitivity of the basal-area inversion to the truncation threshold of the gravity gradient tensor invariant signal. SWOT_seamount_results.csv lists the 268 seamounts detected in the South China Sea, and Grid_Independent_IoU_results.csv is the threshold sensitivity table. TotalDataNewTT.txt contains the shipborne bathymetric soundings used in this study. See README.md for data dictionaries and usage.
