资源简介:
This dataset includes simulation results, sample layout, sample photos, experiment raw data, data processing script for research work -- Independent Tuning of Free Spectral Range in Thin-Film Lithium Niobate Microring Resonators.
"Simulation.zip" contains simulation results and scripts. The subfolder names correspond to the figure index in paper. The results (".mat" files) are calculated with simulation softwares based on finite-difference time-domain method or finite element analysis method and saved with MATLAB HDF5 file interface. The MATLAB scripts (".m" files) are used for processing and ploting these results properly.
"Layout.zip" contains the designed electron beam lithography layout for sample fabrication, which can be viewed with open-source software "KLayout". This layout provides with detailed sample geometry characteristic as described in paper.
"Photos.zip" contains the photos of fabricated samples taken with optical microscope. Two of the photos are used for Fig. 2(b) and Fig. 4 (e) in paper respectively.
"EO+TO-same-widths.zip" contains experiment data and data processing scripts for subsection "Combination of electro-optics and thermo-optics tuning". The data files (".txt" files) record transmission spectrum under various tuning condtions. Their names show related information. For example, file "1-1-1520nm-6nm per sec-1580nm-EO--10V-1.txt" means transmission spectrum of microring 1-1, scanned from 1520 nm to 1580 nm at 6 nm/s rate, while applying EO tuning of -10 V voltage, at 1st scan round. File "1-1-1520nm-6nm per sec-1580nm-TO-4.5V-0.011A-6.txt" means transmission spectrum of microring 1-1, scanned from 1520 nm to 1580 nm at 6 nm/s rate, while applying on-chip TO tuning of 4.5 V voltage and 11 mA current, at 6th scan round. Microring 1-1 is for combination of EO and TO tuning. Each data file consists of three column, corresponding to the triangle wave for scanning laser wavelength, microring resonator transmission spectrum and ultra-stable cavity transmission spectrum. The data are recorded at the sampling rate of 320 kHz. The MATLAB scripts (".m" files) are used for analysing the data in corresponding paths to calculate the resonance, FSR, their shift rate, etc.
"Test-EO-diff-widths.zip" contains experiment data and data processing scripts for subsection "Combination of individual EO tuning components". The data structure is similar with ""EO+TO-same-widths.zip" described above. Microring 1-2/3/4/5/6 is for EO tuning on different waveguide width (EO1 is for EO tuning on 1-um-wide waveguide, EO2 is for EO tuning on 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2-um-wide waveguide).
