Reproducibility package for "Preprocessing Sensitivity in Length-Based Stock Assessment: Effects of CPUE Weighting and Catch-Curve Interval Selection in a Data-Limited Tropical Sardine Fishery"

This repository package supports the revised manuscript “Preprocessing Sensitivity in Length-Based Stock Assessment: Effects of CPUE Weighting and Catch-Curve Interval Selection in a Data-Limited Tropical Sardine Fishery” submitted to Fisheries Research as manuscript FISH16158. The package contains R scripts, derived outputs, diagnostic tables, diagnostic figures, supplementary composite figures, file manifests, and documentation used to support the revised analyses. The analyses include the original ELEFAN–catch-curve workflow, bootstrap uncertainty diagnostics, complementary LBSPR analysis, natural-mortality sensitivity analysis, FishLife 2023 life-history benchmarking, FishLife-derived natural-mortality sensitivity, and revision synthesis outputs. The underlying fishery-dependent length-frequency and catch-effort data are not publicly redistributed because they are subject to institutional data-governance restrictions and permission from the relevant institutional data owner. The package therefore provides analysis scripts, derived outputs, and diagnostic materials intended to support transparency and reproducibility without releasing restricted raw data. Users should consult README.md, RUN_ORDER.md, DATA_ACCESS.md, SOFTWARE_DEPENDENCIES.md, and REPOSITORY_FILE_MANIFEST.csv before reusing the materials.
