In vivo screening reveals new regulators of Natural Killer cell development and functional response to acute cytomegalovirus infection

In the graphical represenation of the statistical analysis circles are significant hits (padj < 0.05 and effect size > Cohen’s d 0.8) and squares are those parameters that are not considered significant, with the size of the symbols -log10(padj). Symbol colour is z-score of effect size, change in mutant compared to wild type controls normalised for the size of the population. Some parameters exhibit sexual dimorphic effects as defined by the interaction p value, these may only be significantly affected in one sex, the effect size can be different (either magnitude in the same direction or opposite direction) or the significance can be greater in one sex compared to the other. Where the overall parameter is significant and there is a significant interaction (p < 0.05) the tiles are shaded light grey. The full input data are in the files starting final_cleaned, these have been filtered for mice with the correct genotype and sufficient n for the statstical analysis.Immunophenotyping panels are those used in the high throughput screening.
