COVID-19

The 2019 novel coronavirus disease (2019-nCoV or COVID-19) was recently reported
that it primarily originated from Wuhan, China and recorded to spread firstly among countries
like Japan, South Korea, Thailand and United States. Before it was announced by the World
Health Organization as pandemic, it was firstly announced as epidemic and have cause a
malignant number of fatal cases. There were a lot of speculations that have emerged with regards
to the very origin of the 2019-nCoV on its origin, carrier most especially the speculation that it is
airborne. The new coronavirus was reported that it was isolated from a vendor in South China
Seafood Market in Wuhan on the 7th of December 2019. The latter is famous in selling wild
animals or mammals which are believed to be the intermediate host of the said virus especially
bat hosts. Chinese authorities have decided to close the market on the 1st day of January 2020.
The virus was then called coronavirus disease (COVID-19) which was completely unknown
before it causes an outbreak in Wuhan, China. The new coronavirus is now shaking the world’s
surface and putting the global economy into its knees as it destroys the global economic activity
like trading and exports due to the very strict promulgated preventive measures of the deadly
virus which still does not have an immediate cure even up to these days.
