在总结分析国内外用水效率评价指标的基础上,构建横向贯穿“取供用排”水资源社会循环全过程、纵向结合市区、镇、村不同行政级别的多层级用水效率评价指标体系和三级评价标准。收集房山区近5年水资源与社会经济数据,在多年用水分析的基础上,基于可变集的综合评价方法对房山区水资源高效利用的水平进行评价分析,2017年至2021年房山区水资源综合利用水平呈上升水平,整体处于中上水平,基本与该地区节约用水实际情况吻合。数据量1.35MB。
Based on the summary and analysis of domestic and international water use efficiency evaluation indicators, a multi-level water use efficiency evaluation index system and three-level evaluation standards were constructed. The system horizontally covers the entire social circulation process of water resources, including water intake, supply, use and discharge, and vertically integrates different administrative levels: urban districts, towns and villages. Then, water resources and socio-economic data of Fangshan District over the past 5 years were collected. Based on multi-year water use analysis, the comprehensive evaluation method based on the Variable Set was used to evaluate and analyze the level of efficient water resources utilization in Fangshan District. The results show that the comprehensive water resources utilization level of Fangshan District showed an upward trend from 2017 to 2021, and was generally at the upper-middle level, which basically matches the actual water conservation situation of this region. The total data volume of this dataset is 1.35 MB.
