Road to high traffic in the department of Haute-Marne

High-traffic roads, regardless of whether they belong to the State, are roads which ensure the continuity of the main routes and, in particular, the diversion of traffic, the movement of exceptional transport, convoys and military transport and the economic services of the territory, and, as such, justify special rules on traffic police. The list of highways for traffic shall be determined by decree, after consultation of the communities and the groups which own the lanes.
