It has been well known that agronomic management practices have a potential to change both rhizosphere and soil microbial structure. We studied the rhizosphere microbial ecology in order to assessment the changes in cucumber rhizosphere microbiome in responses to grafting and cucumber/garlic intercropping as eco-friendly management practices, and application of fungicide iprodione-carbendazim as a conventional method, across three plant physiological development stages.
