Using hight throughput sequencing and data processing, we identified miRNA and quantified their expression in the fat body of adult females of Locusta migratoria. Overall design: Samples were collected from locusts at 0, 2, 4, 6 days post adult eclosion. And 3 samples were subjected for RNA sequencing for each time point.
