ODDEA Thai Dataset: Digital divide at organisational level

The Thailand organisational-level dataset comprises 24 anonymised case studies collected for ODDEA WP4. Based on semi-structured interviews, it documents organisational characteristics, the drivers of digitalisation, structural, cognitive and motivational barriers to digital adoption, and selected supporting quotations. The six country-specific Excel tables include the corresponding category definitions and coding.
