Candidate genes and pathways involved in TTK-induced biological functions in ovarian carcinoma

TTK has been shown to participate in the tumorigenesis of several cancer types but little is known about the function and molecular signalling in ovarian cancer cells. In this study we aim to identify the underlying mechanisms involved in TTK-induced biological functions in the human ovarian cancer cells. Next-generation sequencing (NGS) were performed on 6 samples of A2780 cells, including 3 samples transfected with negative control (NC) and 3 samples transfected with TTK specific siRNA (siTTK) for 48 h.
