FoPvo1, a Fusarium oxysporum (Fox) strain, is the causal agent of root and basal stem rot in the woody oilseed crop sacha inchi (Plukenetia volubilis L.). In this study, we present the first genome assembly of Fox strain FoPvo1 using single-molecule real-time sequencing. The availability of this genome will contribute to our understanding of the pathogenic mechanism of FoPvo1 and exploring its genetic control methods.
