Simple download service (Atom) of the dataset: Noise classification of land transport infrastructure in the Bouches-du-Rhône department

The noise classification of land transport infrastructure is intended to classify all lanes with an annual average daily traffic of more than 5000 vehicles/day for roadways. Tracks are classified into 5 categories (1 being considered the noisest, and 5 least noisy). A noise-affected sector arises from this classification, within which building rules apply. The inclusion of noise pollution for the construction of buildings near land transport infrastructure in the Bouches-du-Rhône movement was the subject of prefectural decrees in 2000 and 2004. In accordance with Article L 571-10 of the Environmental Code, the Direction Départementale des Territories et de la Mer has undertaken since 2012 the revision of the sound classification of the Bouches-du-Rhône tracks. The Order of 19 May 2016 revising the classification supersedes and replaces the list of by-laws classifying land transport infrastructure in the department adopted between 11 December 2000 and 14 April 2004.
