BD Topage® Mayotte 2021

The hydrographic repository aims to describe the hydrographic entities present on French territory in order to constitute a national repository for locating water-related data.

The TOPAGE® DB aims to move from a French medium-scale hydrographic repository (the CARTHAGE® DB) to a large-scale (metric) repository, more comprehensive, compliant with the INSPIRE Directive and compatible with the IGN’s large-scale repository (RGE®).

The TOPAGE® DB aims to meet the common needs of all EIS stakeholders and must enable them to exchange and pool at all scales on the surface hydrographic elements of the national territory.
It is also motivated by the obligation to comply with the INSPIRE Directive.

The TOPAGE® comic book includes the following datasets:
- rivers;
- bodies of water;
- elementary surfaces;
- hydrographic sections;
- river basins (medium scale);
- topographic watersheds (medium scale);
- hydrographic nodes;
- land-sea boundaries (medium scale).

本水文地理数据库（hydrographic repository）旨在对法国境内的水文地理实体进行系统性描述，以构建用于定位涉水相关数据的国家级数据库。

TOPAGE®数据库旨在从法国中尺度水文地理数据库（CARTHAGE®数据库）升级为大尺度（公制级）综合数据库，其覆盖范围更全面，符合INSPIRE指令（INSPIRE Directive）要求，且可与法国国家地理研究院（IGN）的大尺度数据库（RGE®）兼容。

TOPAGE®数据库旨在满足所有EIS相关方的共性需求，支持其针对全国地表水文地理要素开展全尺度的信息交换与数据汇交。该数据库的建设亦需满足遵守INSPIRE指令的法定要求。

TOPAGE®数据库涵盖以下数据集：
- 河流；
- 水体；
- 基础地表单元；
- 水文断面；
- 中尺度流域；
- 中尺度地形分水岭；
- 水文节点；
- 中尺度陆海边界。
