Areas of competence of mixed trade unions governed by Articles L.5711-1 et seq. of the General Code of Local Authorities in the Department of Cantal. Inter-communal cooperation structures (established by the Decree-Law of 30 October 1935, and currently governed by the aforementioned provisions), in order to enable local authorities to associate with each other or with public institutions. On its date of validity, this layer groups only “open” mixed trade unions within the meaning of the General Code of Local and Regional Authorities.
