Gestational Ozone Inhalation Elicits Maternal Cardiac Dysfunction and Transcriptional Changes to Placental Pericytes and Endothelial Cells

To investigate the effects of gestational exposure to ozone, we performed single-cell RNA-sequencing on murine placental tissues. Pregnant dams were exposed to 1ppm ozone or filtered air controls on gestational day 10, placental tissue was dissociated and libraries were prepped 8 days post exposure on gestational day 18.
