COVID-19 Models include collections of cellular signalling models and molecular networks depicting mechanism of SARS-CoV2 infection and COVID19 complications. --> Pathways were built in the Pathway Studio environment and based on a database of literature - extracted relationships. All pathways include annotations of entities and relationships between them (sentence with indexed evidence, paper ID, links, and others). --> Signaling pathways constructed manually. --> Network pathways represent sub-clusters of the Pathway Studio network. COVID-19 pathways is a work in progress due to fast evolved research in the field of SARS-CoV2 biology. Pathway Studio database updates bi-weekly with facts from newly published papers. Signalings are curated and updated on regular basis. Links to individual pathways are updated automatically.
