" 该数据集主要面向激光增材制造工艺参数对Ti6Al4V合金显微组织的影响、等轴晶Ti6Al4V合金的微观组织与力学性能、等轴晶的形成机制、超声冲击耦合激光增材制造制备Ti6Al4V合金的晶粒演变规律、超声冲击耦合激光增材制造制备Ti6Al4V合金的力学性能、TiC/Ti6Al4V复合材料的等轴晶形成及调控的研究。 X射线衍射分析数据基于哈尔滨工程大学,利用X’Pert Pro型X射线衍射分析仪产生,主要收集了材料物相信息。 金相观察数据基于哈尔滨工程大学和科学指南针(哈尔滨)服务平台,利用OLYMPUS光学显微镜和Keyence VHX-7000 光学显微镜产生,主要收集了材料的微观组织光学显微形貌。 扫描电子显微镜观察数据基于中科科辅(北京)科技有限公司和哈尔滨工程大学,利用JEOL JSM 7100F 扫描电子显微镜,主要采集了材料的微观组织的二次电子形貌。 织构分析数据基于中科科辅(北京)科技有限公司,利用PANalytical X'Pert Pro MRD X 射线衍射仪,主要采集了材料宏观晶体学取向信息。 电子背散射衍射分析数据基于科科辅(北京)科技有限公司,利用JSM 7100F扫描电子显微镜,主要采集了材料的微观晶体学取向信息。后续根据Burgers取向关系,使用MATLAB中的MTEX工具箱重建了β相的晶粒形态和取向。 拉伸力学性能测试数据基于哈尔滨工业大学,利用Instron 5569 万能拉伸机,主要采集了材料的应力-应变曲线。数据量1.79GB."

This dataset is primarily intended for research on the effects of laser additive manufacturing process parameters on the microstructure of Ti6Al4V alloy, the microstructure and mechanical properties of equiaxed-grained Ti6Al4V alloy, the formation mechanism of equiaxed grains, the grain evolution law of Ti6Al4V alloy fabricated via ultrasonic impact-coupled laser additive manufacturing, the mechanical properties of Ti6Al4V alloy fabricated via ultrasonic impact-coupled laser additive manufacturing, and the equiaxed grain formation and regulation of TiC/Ti6Al4V composite materials. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis data was generated at Harbin Engineering University using a PANalytical X'Pert Pro X-ray diffractometer, mainly collecting material phase information. Metallographic observation data was generated at Harbin Engineering University and the Scientific Compass (Harbin) Service Platform using OLYMPUS optical microscopes and a Keyence VHX-7000 optical microscope, mainly collecting optical micrographs of the material's microstructure. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) observation data was generated at Zhongke Kefu (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. and Harbin Engineering University using a JEOL JSM 7100F scanning electron microscope, mainly collecting secondary electron micrographs of the material's microstructure. Texture analysis data was generated at Zhongke Kefu (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. using a PANalytical X'Pert Pro MRD X-ray diffractometer, mainly collecting macroscopic crystallographic orientation information of the material. Electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) analysis data was generated at Kekefu (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. using a JSM 7100F scanning electron microscope, mainly collecting microscopic crystallographic orientation information of the material. Subsequently, the grain morphology and orientation of the β phase were reconstructed using the MTEX toolbox in MATLAB based on the Burgers orientation relationship. Tensile mechanical property test data was generated at Harbin Institute of Technology using an Instron 5569 universal tensile testing machine, mainly collecting stress-strain curves of the material. The total data volume is 1.79 GB.
