Expression data from primary vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) from 5 unrelated patients - comparing different treatments versus untreated controls

This study explores the effect of WNT5A signaling on the vascular redox state in obesity. VSMCs isolated from five unrelated patients were incubated with Wnt5a or Polyethylene glycol-conjugated superoxide dismutase (PEG-SOD) or both. We generated the following pairwise comparisons using Affymetrix Transcritome Analysis Console (TAC 4.0): WNT5A vs untreated-control; PEG-SOD vs untreated-control; WNT5A/PEG-SOD combination vs untreated-control.
