Hazard study Hydraulic development of the Viterne à Maizières Addendum 2

This contract has several phases. The second phase, involving the study of hazards and the financial dimension of future work, began in order of priority. service in April 2023, for a period of 8 months and then extended until 3 May 2024. The steering committee for the presentation of the study to be set at the end of June for reasons independent of the holder, the phase (and the contract) should be extended with a view to finalising the study in connection with this meeting. Therefore, it is necessary to extend this contract until 5 July 2024. Addendum notified by EPTB to the holder on 06 May 2024 (2024-05-06).本合同包含多个执行阶段。 第二阶段围绕危害研究及未来工作的财务维度展开，已于此前按优先级顺序启动。该服务项目于2023年4月启动，原定执行时长为8个月，后延期至2024年5月3日。 因与合同承接方无关的事由，本次研究汇报指导委员会的会议拟于6月底召开。为配合本次会议完成研究定稿工作，本阶段（及本合同）需予以延期。故此，需将本合同延期至2024年7月5日。 EPTB于2024年5月6日（即2024-05-06）向合同承接方发出了补充协议通知。
