In this study, we sought to characterize the mechanism of synergy of the biotin biosynthesis inhibitor, MAC13772 and colistin. This sequencing experiment was undertaken after serial passage of Escherichia coli in the presence of MAC13772 and colistin to isolate suppressor mutants. Genomic DNA was extracted and sequenced for variant calling analysis.
