Transcriptome assemblies for four Syngnathidae species

This dataset contains transcriptome assemblies and annotation for Syngnathus typhle, Syngnathus rostellatus, Nerophis ophidion and Hippocampus erectus.The raw data from which these assemblies were created can be found on NCBI SRA under the project ID PRJNA755822.For details on the processing steps used, see the publication (to be added). Briefly, for each species, the reads were error corrected with Rcorrector, normalized with Bignorm and then assembled with Trinity. The result was annotated with the Trinotate package.
