High-resolution temporal analysis of pancreatic beta-cell during metabolic stress

Pancreatic beta-cells display functional and transcriptional heterogeneity in health and disease. The sequence of events of beta-cell heterogeneity during metabolic stress is still poorly understood. Here, we characterized beta-cell responses to metabolic stress in vivo by employing RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, scRNA-seq and ChIP-seq.
