Evolution of Parasitism and Mutualism between M13 and E. coli (data, stats, and code associated with manuscript)

These data are of growth curves from two assays associated with the manuscript, "Evolution of mutualism and parasitism between filamentous phage M13 and Escherichia coli." The file "DataSummary" provides raw growth data, whereas "StatSummary" provides the data analyses. "PlateLayouts" lists the arrangement of cultures during the experiment and assays. "ReadMe" provides additional details for interpreting the data in each file. "paramutsim.r" provides code used for a discrete time model explored in the Supplementary Material.
