申请登记的《钻头破损探伤裂纹检测数据》是一个图像目标检测数据集,包含270张钻头照片以及对应标注,主要用于训练和测试水井钻机钻头表面破损和磨损的检测模型。
该数据集的收集与标注过程中收集了多根真实钻头的图像数据。为了提高泛化能力,已经针对每张图片进行了数据增强处理,通过增加噪声模拟复杂场景,并增强裂纹特征强化检测难点。对钻头各个部位的磨损区域,每个图片都进行了精确标注,将磨损区域和破损区域进行了同时标注。所有图片的采集角度也保持一致,减少采集因素所带来的差异。

The registered "Drill Bit Breakage Detection and Crack Inspection Dataset" is an image object detection dataset containing 270 drill bit photos and their corresponding annotations, which is mainly used for training and testing detection models for surface breakage and wear of water well drilling rig bits.
During the collection and annotation process of this dataset, image data of multiple real drill bits were collected. To improve generalization ability, data augmentation has been performed on each image: adding noise to simulate complex scenarios and enhancing crack features to increase the difficulty of detection tasks. Precise annotations were made for wear areas on all parts of the drill bit in each image, with both wear and breakage regions annotated simultaneously. The acquisition angles of all images were kept consistent to reduce differences caused by acquisition factors.
This dataset is mainly applied to the research and development of automatic detection systems for water well drilling rig bits. After training the recognition model via deep learning neural networks, the drill bit status can be detected in real time. On one hand, it can remind maintenance personnel to perform preventive maintenance; on the other hand, it can count the wear frequency of each area of the drill bit to guide the reasonable order of part replacement. Additionally, this dataset can also be used as an auxiliary task for other industrial detection tasks such as metal surface defect detection.
