For purposes of providing examples to showcase (statistical) methods for identifying reagent contamination for an article in Nature Microbiology we've used 16S MiSeq data of placental tissue samples. The data from these specific 16S MiSeq runs used in this publication have been bundled in this study. This data is part of a pre-publication release.
