Antisense oligonucleotide sequences used in Chung et al.

This dataset contains antisense oligonucleotide (ASO) sequences designed to target essential cell wall synthesis genes in *Candida albicans*, including FKS1, FKS2, and CHS3. These ASOs were utilized in the study "Effective Treatment of Systemic Candidiasis by Synergistic Targeting of Cell Wall Synthesis" to inhibit the expression of key fungal enzymes involved in β-glucan and chitin biosynthesis. The sequences are provided in FASTA format. All ASOs were experimentally validated for target specificity and efficacy in vitro and in vivo. This dataset supports the reproducibility and extension of the findings presented in the associated publication.
