资源简介:
调查并收集青藏高原及周边地区的蔓菁种质资源,进行同质园实验获得表型数据,利用基因组测序技术获得数据文库并构建高质量参考基因组。使用重测序技术对蔓菁群体进行结构分析,结合早期人类迁徙及扩散路线对蔓菁在青藏高原现代地理分布格局形成的历史过程进行探究。与表型数据进行关联分析,对蔓菁现代居群适应性机制进行解析。从全基因组层面上理解泛第三极的环境差异以及不同地区人类活动和文化差异对青藏高原植物迁徙、适应及驯化的影响。
This dataset is developed through the following research work: First, investigate and collect turnip (Brassica rapa subsp. rapa) germplasm resources from the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and its adjacent regions. Second, conduct common garden experiments to obtain phenotypic data. Third, construct sequencing libraries via genome sequencing technologies and assemble high-quality reference genomes. Fourth, perform population structure analysis on turnip populations using whole-genome resequencing technology. Fifth, combine with early human migration and dispersal routes to explore the historical processes underlying the formation of the modern geographic distribution pattern of turnips on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Sixth, carry out association analysis integrated with phenotypic data to elucidate the adaptive mechanisms of modern turnip populations. Finally, from a whole-genome perspective, understand the impacts of environmental disparities across the Pan-Third Pole, as well as human activities and cultural differences in different regions, on plant migration, adaptation and domestication on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
