Effect of knockdown APE1 on gene expression in NCI-H460 cells

To investigate the function APE1, we established NCI-H460 cell lines in which target gene has been knocked down by shRNA.We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 2 different cells at the same time. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for NCI-H460 cells and its KD derivatives (shAPE1).
