China patent application data of 677 technical fields (represented by four-digit patent classification number) from 1985 to 2023, based on which anomaly detection is carried out in this paper, but the number of applications in some fields has been very small. If the detected abnormal field is the field where the number of applications itself is abnormal, the field will be excluded from the abnormal range, which is caused by the data itself.
