NRS-5155 | Admission cards - Record of visitors

This series consists of admission cards recording patients' visitors and, where relevant, transfers of patients to other institutions or to other wards within Rydalmere Hospital. All entries are dated.Information on the front of the card is the same as for the Admission cards - Record of hospitalisation. On the reverse of the card is the recorded name of visitor, address, relationship to patient and date.
