资源简介:
This project investigates transcriptional responses in the brains of Xenopus laevis tadpoles following developmental exposure to trifluoroacetic acid (TFA), a short-chain fluorinated compound frequently detected in aquatic environments. Tadpoles were exposed to multiple environmentally relevant concentrations of TFA during early development, and brain tissues were collected for RNA sequencing analysis. The objective of this study is to characterize dose-dependent gene expression changes associated with developmental TFA exposure and to identify biological pathways related to metabolism, neural signaling, and cellular homeostasis. The generated transcriptomic dataset provides a resource for examining molecular responses to short-chain per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in aquatic vertebrates and may support comparative analyses across species and exposure scenarios.
