资源简介:
Capture probability was allowed to vary with time between primary sampling periods and capture and recapture probability were assumed equal. Akaike information criterion corrected for small sample size (AICc) and was used to determine the best fitting model (in bold below). The notation ‘.’ indicates that a given parameter was kept constant and t indicates that a given parameter was allowed to vary with time.φ Phi denotes survival.p probability of capture.c probability of recapture.. denote constancy of the preceding parameter over time. Subscript t denotes that the parameter is time varying.s denote time varying by austral season.γ’’ = γ’ = 0 = no emigration model.γ’’ = γ’ = random emigration model.γ’’(t) ≠ γ’(t) = Markovian emigration model.
