We obtained the gene expression signature from oxaliplatin-treated fibroblasts and quantified the association of oxaliplatin-activated fibroblasts with disease progression in colorectal cancer. Overall design: CCD-18Co cells were treated with oxaliplatin (100 µM) for 6 days. Gene expression profiles from treated and control cells were measured in duplicate using Affymetrix PrimeView human gene expression arrays.
