Dataset for the Competency Model of Civil Aviation Flight Instructors: Integrated Development Based on Grounded Theory and Validation of Moderated Mediation Effects

This dataset is derived from an empirical study on the competency model of civil aviation flight instructors in China. It includes 821 valid responses (full sample), with a subsample of 411 for exploratory factor analysis and a subsample of 410 for confirmatory factor analysis. The questionnaire covers four dimensions (Flight Technology, Teaching Assessment, Teaching Management and Guidance, Professional Qualities) with 18 indicators. The dataset can be used for exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, weight analysis, group difference testing, and moderated mediation modeling. The official version of the "Civil Aviation Flight Instructor Competency Self-Assessment Questionnaire" is provided, along with raw data files suitable for analysis using SPSS, AMOS, and SmartPLS.
