RNAseq of CD4 cells from 6 healthy men. Cells were activated with anti-CD3 and treated with Insulin, 10 nM, for 48 hours. Overall design: CD4 cells from PBMC from 6 healthy men, isolated by positive selection on Dynabeads (cat.11331D), stimulated with anti-CD3 (OKT3, Sigma-Aldrich) with addition of Insulin, 10nM or control for 48h
