This research is to study problems that arise in the work process of a service organization. Which serves as an official distributor of Japanese standard aluminum doors and windows in Thailand. By using a lean thinking process and lean tools to improve information management and the work system of employees regarding internal information, and to have a better standard of work, reduce the problem of loss, and delay in the work. All solutions to this problem are based on knowledge, understanding and tools related to lean management, Kaizen system and value stream mapping. The results of this research will help organizations reduce waste and shorter lead times to gain an advantage over competitors in sales and service. This research can reduce the loss incurred by the organization by at least 5% of the total waste that occurs. And all employees are satisfied in the lean management not less than 80% of the total workforce.
