Methane concentration and its stable carbon isotope of seawater were obtained in the Chukchi Sea and Canada Basin during MR20-05C during summer of 2020. The samples were mainly analyzed by GC-FID, using the headspace method to measure the methane concentration. Additionally, some samples were analyzed by GC-IRMS, which allowed us to get methane concentration as well as its stable carbon isotope data.
