Methane concentration and its stable carbon isotope of seawater in the Chukchi Sea and Canada Basin during summer 2020

Methane concentration and its stable carbon isotope of seawater were obtained in the Chukchi Sea and Canada Basin during MR20-05C during summer of 2020. The samples were mainly analyzed by GC-FID, using the headspace method to measure the methane concentration. Additionally, some samples were analyzed by GC-IRMS, which allowed us to get methane concentration as well as its stable carbon isotope data.2020年夏季，于楚科奇海（Chukchi Sea）及加拿大海盆（Canada Basin）的MR20-05C科考航次中，采集获取了该海域海水的甲烷浓度及其稳定碳同位素数据。样品主要采用气相色谱-火焰离子化检测器（GC-FID）进行分析，通过顶空法测定甲烷浓度；此外，部分样品通过气相色谱-同位素比值质谱仪（GC-IRMS）完成检测，可同步获得甲烷浓度及其稳定碳同位素数据。
