The data archived here include datasets generated by the study submitted to Scientific Data titled "Traceable and Scalable Food Balance Sheets from Agricultural Commodity Supply and Utilization Accounts".
Currently the datasets include data in 2010-2022. However, the data process is "live" and future updates will be added later (once FAOSTAT has updated all the required input data.
Note that in addition to the main data records, "Metadata_GCAMFAOSTAT_Traceable_FBS.csv" (exported by gcamfaostat) providing a summary of the data records was added.
These datasets are generated by gcamfaostat v1.1. User can replicate the data processing by running the following R code with the package
