Novel RvD6 stereoisomer induces corneal nerve regeneration and wound healing post-injury by modulating trigeminal transcriptomic signature

We performed the RNA-seq analysis to unravel the underlying mechanism of corneal nerve regeneration after treatment with our identified RvD6 isomer and RvD6 standard. Overall design: There are three groups of treatment: (i) vehicle, (ii) RvD6-standard, and (iii) RvD6-isomer. Each group has five samples. The vehicle group is considered as reference for the differential gene expression analysis using DEseq2 algorithm.
