Land take – Flanders – state 2019

File code SCRHO, 2019-present. The dataset contains the active public documents of this procedure. Only files for which a decision on the planning EIA obligation was taken before 20/7/2023 were included in the dataset. As a contour for the plan-m.e.r.-screening, the corresponding (maximum) contour was included from DSI, unless the screening procedure was completed but the procedure for the revision or removal of requirements was not initiated or finalised before 20/7/2023 and is therefore not in DSI. In that case, the municipal limit was included as a (too wide) contour.
