„An Worten wachsen“ – Salutogenetische Aspekte des Integrativen Verfahrens beim bibliotherapeutischen Gebrauchs ausgewählter Romane „Growing with words“ – Salutogenetic aspects of the integrative approach in the bibliotherapeutic use of selected novels

Die vorliegende Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit den potentiell positiven Aspekten der Lektüre von (autofiktionalen) Romanen. Zunächst werden Geschichte, Wirkungsweise und Formen der Bibliotherapie dargelegt. Darüber hinaus werden bibliotherapeutisch relevante, salutogenetische Aspekte der „Integrativen Therapie“ besprochen. Dabei stehen das Medium Sprache, Biografie- und Identitätsarbeit, die therapeutische Beziehung, die 4 Wege der Heilung und Förderung, die 14 plus 3 Heil- und Wirkfaktoren, Ressourcenarbeit und die protektiven Faktoren im Zentrum. Schließlich werden diese Aspekte im letzten Teil der Arbeit auf ausgewählte Romane bzw. Romansegmente angewandt und analysiert. This thesis deals with the potentially positive aspects of reading (autofictional) novels. First, the history, effectivity and forms of bibliotherapy are presented. In addition, bibliotherapeutically relevant, salutogenetic aspects of the „integrative therapy“ are discussed. The focus lays on language, biographical and identity work, the therapeutic relationship, the 4 ways of healing and support, the 14 plus 3 welfare and effect factors, resource work and the protective factors.
