Parliamentary Reserve 2011 allocated to local and regional authorities

[Hervé Lebreton, president of the association “For a direct democracy”](http://www.pour-une-democratie-directe.fr/), made public 10 374 grants allocated in 2011 as part of the parliamentary reserve. The total amount is EUR 153.5 million. Since the information transmitted in [PDF](http://www.pour-une-democratie-directe.fr/_PDF/Liste-des-subventions-exceptionnelles-allouees-en-2011_prog-122-01.pdf) by the Ministry of the Interior is unusable, we have transformed it in collaboration with [Alexandre Léchenet](http://www.lemonde.fr/politique/visuel/2013/07/10/le-montant-de-la-reserve-parlementaire-enfin-devoile_3445469_823448.html) into data, enriched with certain information relating to parliamentarians and publish it under OpenData conditions in a spreadsheet format.
