Next Generation Sequencing of BAT Transcriptomes in young and aged mice

To investigate the mechanism in BAT in young and aged male mice, we performed RNA-seq analysis with BAT tissue from 12-13 weeks of age and 79 weeks of age mice. BAT tissue were collected from 12-13 weeks of age mice and 79 weeks of age mice, and were generated by RNA-seq using Illumina NextSeq500.为探究年轻与老年雄性小鼠棕色脂肪组织（Brown Adipose Tissue, BAT）的作用机制，我们对12~13周龄及79周龄小鼠的棕色脂肪组织进行了RNA测序（RNA-seq）分析。本研究的棕色脂肪组织样本均采集自上述两个年龄段的小鼠，测序实验采用Illumina NextSeq500平台完成。
