MAGE output data for Kakoti et al., 'Field-Aligned Current Generation and Sudden Impulse Signatures during a Negative Solar Wind Pressure Pulse Event: MAGE Simulations and Observations'

This dataset contains MAGE simulation outputs of field-aligned currents (FACs) and the Hasegawa–Sato FAC decomposition used to generate the figures presented in the paper, "Field-Aligned Current Generation and Sudden Impulse Signatures during a Negative Solar Wind Pressure Pulse Event: MAGE Simulations and Observations." The dataset includes the northern hemisphere FAC, the individual Hasegawa–Sato decomposition terms, and the corresponding ReMIX and equatorial magnetospheric coordinates at three simulation times: 14:33:29, 14:37:29, and 14:44:29 UTC on 23 March 2023. The data are provided in NetCDF format.
